THURSDAYS, 2:30 - 3:30PM @ SRGS (BEGINNING JANUARY 2025). We are excited to announce a NEW 10 WEEK CHESS PROGRAM for grades 2-8! All levels of play are welcome and advanced younger players are welcome with permission. Come to practice your strategy and moves and learn from other players. 10 weeks - $175 Walk-in - $20/day. Program will be capped at 24 students.

Aspiring Artist will be offering Individual Thanksgiving and Christmas Classes after school at SRGS on the Tuesdays. Tuesday, Nov 19th - Thanksgiving Mixed Media ($25. per class) Tuesday, Dec 10th - Nativity Painting ($25. per class) Tuesday, Dec 17th - Give Love Fundraiser ($25 to be donated to charity)

As we embark on the Advent Season of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love the 3rd floor classrooms ( 6th, 7th and 8th grades) will again conduct our Advent Angel Challenge. We started this initiative last year and were able to raise over $2000.00 which helped many different families in need from the St. Rose Giving Tree Program.

Cookie Sale - Friday, Dec. 13th. Most items .50 – $1.00 (Change and Small Bills Greatly Appreciated). Proceeds will go toward the 8th grade trip.

This is the Jersey Shore Animal Center’s current wish list of items the shelter is in need of for their animals. The first floor classes are coordinating their efforts, by collecting donations, to make this a “Merry Critter Christmas'' for the animals in the shelter this season. The students will be collecting the donated items in our classrooms, which will then be boxed up and delivered to the shelter in time for Christmas Eve! Collection dates are 12/3-12/16

Upcoming Winter Series 7 week series – please choose between Tuesday or Wednesday. Reserve your seat in the new upcoming 7 week winter series of Aspiring Artists! This winter, you can choose between a Tuesday or Wednesday series. Both series are exactly the same, just offered on different days. Each series is limited to 15 students. Using all NEW paintings from American and French Impressionism as inspiration, students (grades 1-6) will create their own renditions of the NEW paintings listed below. In addition, we will create a Valentine’s Day project and original still life composition.
