St. Rose Grammar School was established in 1921 and is a Church related school for the education of the individual student. Our mission is to promote personal development and active involvement in Christian service. Originally staffed by the Sisters of St. Joseph, a dedicated lay faculty now continues their strong tradition.

We average 400 girls and boys enrolled in pre-kindergarten through eight grade. The student population reflects all ability levels. This diverse population includes students from Belmar and twenty-five sending school districts.
